Chef Executive
Hugo Arnaud
He worked at Pujol Restaurant (one of the top 50 restaurants in the world). Some time later, he took over the kitchen at Los Danzantes Restaurant in Oaxaca (a restaurant recognized with the Tesoros de México award and named one of the 25 best restaurants in Mexico). In 2017, he was named the executive chef of Casa Madero, the oldest winery in the Americas. Currently, he is in charge of the kitchen at our restaurant 'Terraza de Mar,' a place based on the roots of Mexican ingredients and techniques under a 6-course tasting menu concept.
